No Personal Info Required: To join our lofi rooms, you only need to create a custom username and password. We don't need to know who you are.
No Emails or Names: We do not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, or any other identifiable information.
Zero Tracking: We do not track your activity outside the app, nor do we collect background data. Your listening experience is private.
Full Data Control: You have complete control over your account. You can instantly and permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the app. You can log out or delete all your user information by clicking on your username on the home screen.

What should I do if the audio stops?

Check your internet connection. If the problem persists, try switching rooms or restarting the app.

How can I delete my account?

You can easily and permanently delete your account directly within the app. Simply tap on your username in the top right corner of the home screen and select "Delete Account". All your data and saved preferences will be instantly and permanently removed from our servers.
